An innovative, forward-thinking manufacturer of automotive components who work with some of the most well-known motor sport brands are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their team in Witham, Essex. We are looking for a multi skilled Maintenance Engineer who has 18th edition certification, experience with PLC fault finding and has maintained CNC machines as well as Kuka robots. The hours of work are 8am till 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. (weekend working and out of hours working will be required occasionally). The salary for the role is £38,000 to £45,000 per annum. Maintenance Engineer duties:- Maintaining building facilities The maintenance of plant and equipment including but not limited to working with CNC Machines, Compressors, Air Lines, Kuka Robot, Ducting Systems, HVAC & LEV Systems Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor for status report on outstanding jobs and setting up new daily tasks Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance of all facilities, machinery and equipment. Responding to facilities, machinery and equipment breakdowns and resolving related issues. Liaising with contractors where required. Electrical maintenance and repairs. Playing an important role in the planning of new plant, upgrades and installations. Providing technical support and advise.
