Maintenance Team Lead Farnborough Up to £37.5K + overtime (up to double time) RPS are working in conjunction with a global, tier 1 aerospace manufacturer who are looking for a Maintenance Team Lead to join them to oversee the Farnborough facility. Key Responsibilities * Inspects plant and evaluates use of space and facilities. * Analyzes firms HVAC systems, computer network, lighting and other factors. * Plans, budgets and schedules facilities modifications including cost estimates, bid sheets, layouts, and contracts for construction and acquisitions. * Performs audits to support facility planning. * Acts as liaison to public utility, environmental and energy agencies. * Manages subordinate supervisors in the Maintenance Department. Qualifications/Skills/Experience Essential * Must possess an outstanding degree of judgment, organization, planning, initiative, flexibility and creativity * Must be able to perform calmly and reasonably under pressure from demand for production and other exigencies * Requires capability to be resourceful and very creative with machinery and facilities * Physical capability of lifting materials up to 50 pounds and carrying up and down steps, walking to various programs as the situation warrants * Two to five years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education/experience If you meet the above criteria for this Maintenance Engineer / Team Leader position please apply today and one of our consultants will be in touch to discuss the role in more depth
