My client is looking for Machine Shop Supervisor to supervise their busy machine shop. The company machine components for their internal manufacturing lines and due to growth, a reshuffle in the department and an increase in orders, they have a new opening for a Machine Shop Supervisor. This is a days' based role for an experienced CNC Machinist who has recently, or has plans to, step into a Machine Shop Supervisor post. This role will include production planning, management of the shop floor and being a vocal point between Machinists and the Directors.
