Position Overview: As a Logistics Specialist/Crane Operator, you will be responsible for supporting aircraft programs by managing logistics operations, ensuring the accuracy of technical data, and operating cranes to facilitate the movement of large components. Your contributions will enhance the efficiency of maintenance operations and support our customers' needs effectively. Key Responsibilities: Safety and Customer Support: Ensure safety across all aircraft programs and address customer maintenance needs promptly. Documentation Excellence: Deliver precise and complete technical data, adhering to ICA requirements and regulatory standards. Daily Operations: Support in-service issues, including Aircraft On Ground (AOG) scenarios, and respond efficiently to customer queries. Efficiency and Innovation: Propose and implement efficiency enhancements, contributing to future digital initiatives and services development. Team Collaboration: Manage logistics and crane operations, analyze inputs to determine the impact on maintenance manuals, and oversee source data management. Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements, enhance documentation production activities, and represent the team in decision-making meetings. Compliance and Quality: Ensure adherence to safety rules, quality processes, and technical data guidelines. Qualifications: Education & Experience: Experience in aerospace engineering, aircraft maintenance, or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficient in logistics management, crane operation, and understanding of aircraft maintenance and systems. Familiarity with international authoring standards and tools is a plus. Analytical Abilities: Strong skills in analyzing technical inputs and managing aircraft configuration. Soft Skills: Dynamic, proactive, with a positive mindset.
