As a Local Business Development Manager for Group 1 you will be supported in your new role and enrolled onto our 4 day sales academy in Maidstone to help you settle in to your new role. What you will be doing? * Develop integrated sales and aftersales solutions for the local business clients, maximising the business potential within the area of responsibility and ensuring each customer receives excellent customer service. * Prospect and develop business customers in order to achieve maximum business customer retention. * Represent the company in a professional manner and to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction * Comply with the FCA regulations and maintain regulated status in the advice, sale and administration of finance and general insurance products. * Ensure compliance with Data Protection and General Data Protection Regulations when handling and processing customer personal data What we are looking for?
