Main Responsibilities as a Lead Vehicle Technician * Oversee the workshop floor, ensuring the Workshop Manager's directives are efficiently carried out by the Workshop Team, in line with maintenance schedules and plans. * Support technicians in getting fleet prepped and monitor their productivity. * Be a source of motivation for your team, displaying strong leadership qualities. * Stick to the maintenance schedules and plans diligently, conducting vehicle inspections, diagnosing faults, and performing mechanical repairs on our client’s fleet. * 40 hours per week over 7 days plus lieu time for additional weekend hours worked. Experience & Skills Required * Hold an NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Engineering. * Possess a clean UK manual driving license. * Showcase excellent collaborative teamwork skills. * Demonstrate your leadership abilities.
