SGB Lead Solutions Architect   Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 plus excellent benefits package   We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Solutions Architect to join our IT department. You will have proven experience in interpreting business problems, designing and building technology solutions. You will have the ability to collaborate effectively with specialist architects, technical staff and stakeholders across all levels of the business to ensure solutions are delivered based on the most effective strategy for the organisation.  Key Responsibilities: Support programme planning with technical expertise. Ensure project level architecture is documented and implemented. Work with the Business Analyst to understand requirements and ensure design meets project objectives and technical requirements. Use appropriate tools, including logical models of components and interfaces, to develop high-level solution architecture for programmes and projects. Analyse the current environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement. Build effective relationships with the business to ensure solution compatibility. Ability to lead and manage other architectural resources.   MEET THE MANAGER Harley is the Head of Architecture & Infrastructure and is looking for someone who is analytical, has great attention to detail and can readily switch between low level detailed work and high-level big picture thinking.
