Lead Paint Technician Job Role: As a Lead Paint Technician you will be responsible for a team of paint technicians providing guidance and support throughout the repair process. ​Perform high-quality paint repairs, including color matching, blending, and finishing, to restore vehicles to factory specifications. Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and priming as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that equipment and tools are properly maintained and used safely. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers to ensure clear understanding of repair needs and expectations. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
