RC Fornax are looking for someone to join the sales department in the role of a Lead Generation Specialist. This role will be based in Bristol, working remotely until January before transitioning to a hybrid work week from the BS10 area, with a salary of up to £25-35k alongside a commission/bonus structure. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for the generation of leads for the company’s services. In this role, you will be required to have excellent people skills, as well as an experience or knowledge in sales and marketing. A Lead Generation Specialist conducts research to identify a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas and company objectives. They contact potential customers via email, phone or other means in order to book follow on meetings with the RC Fornax Business Development Manager and or Directors. A lead Generation Specialist must be skilled in communication and relationship building to be successful. Main Responsibilities * Conducting research to identify new leads and potential customers * Contacting potential customers via email, phone, or other means * Building relationships with potential customers * Generating meetings for the Business Development Manager and Directors * Working to targets and KPIs Organisational Relationships * Reporting into the Business Development Manager with a dotted line to the Chief of Staff. Qualifications * Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) * Excellent organisation skills * Relationship building skills * Ability to work to targets * Persistent and resilient attitude * Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook * Experience with cold calling would be a benefit * Experience in using CRM would be a benefit * Understanding of the Aerospace and Defence Industry would be a benefit
