This role would suit an electrical maintenance engineer looking to progress in to a supervisory role to take on more responsibilities. As the Lead Electrical Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for working closely with the head of engineering and a team of 3 engineers and work in a safe manner, all whilst improving maximum down time efficiency and high productivity. Responsibilities: Supervising a team of 3 engineers Schedule planned preventative maintenance. Mentoring and developing Ensuring your team in the best position to carry out their work to the best of their ability Attend PPMs and breakdowns Promote Lean thinking and actively look for ways to improve efficiencies Monitoring quality from raw material to finished goods Carry out factory inspections The ideal candidate for this Lead Electrical Maintenance Engineer position you must have the following skills, abilities or qualifications: Must have a recognised electrical qualification (apprenticeship, NVQ level 3, BTEC, ONC, C&G and or HNC) Strong electrical fault finds skills A positive can-do attitude.
