Arden White is seeking an experienced Senior / Lead Composite Laminator to join a leading manufacturer of high-end motorsport and automotive components in Warwickshire. This role is crucial for supporting the build of the 2025 F1 car by producing high-quality composite laminates under tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities: * Be a key head figure on a small night shift team. * Handle composite materials while adhering to established safety procedures. * Laminate composite components according to specifications provided by project engineers. * Prepare components for oven and autoclave processing using vacuum bagging techniques. * Create tooling patterns and moulds with chemical sealers and release agents. * Address and resolve quality issues in collaboration with project engineers. Qualifications: * Minimum of 5 years laminating experience. * Motorsport background preferred, but candidates from other sectors will be considered. * Experience as a cell leader / supervisor / overseeing a small team would be beneficial.
