Questech Automotive Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of an Industry leading client for an experienced Light Vehicle Mechanic / LCV Technician. The Role: Working in a large fleet maintenance workshop, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of a wide range of Light Commercial Vehicles, Including Transits and Sprinters. This role would also suit a HGV Technician / HGV Fitter who is looking to work on lighter vehicles. Also, if you are a Light Technician who is wanting some exposure to HGV’s this is also available! The Duties: * Carrying out Service, Maintenance and Repair of a mixed fleet of vehicles. * MOT preparation * Diagnosing faults * Carrying out 6 weekly inspections Skills and Experience: * Fully qualified in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (Would consider part qualified) * Previous experience working on Light Commercial Vehicles The Hours: You will work a permanent day shifts Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm. Overtime available at an enhanced rate. Pay: The hourly rate will be up to £14.50 an hour dependent upon experience and qualifications.
