Job Title: Key Account Manager (Automotive) Location: Midlands Salary: £70-75k + bonus As the Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strategic partnerships and driving sales growth for our client within the automotive industry. You will oversee an OEM key account, develop customer strategies, and maximize value-based selling while reducing internal costs. Responsibilities: Take ownership of global CGP/CUGP responsibility for respective key accounts. Manage global Order Receive and Order Invoice responsibilities for assigned key accounts. Oversee all key account platforms, models, and manufacturing plants on a global scale. Develop and execute customer, product, and pricing strategies in collaboration with the sales team. Identify opportunities for value creation and cost reduction internally while meeting customer expectations. Drive initiatives to enhance business relationships and maximize strategic partnerships. Represent the company as a strategic resource to key account corporate offices. Lead the execution of all company and customer-specific strategies. Provide guidance and support to other staff regarding key account efforts globally. Develop and maintain sales data and platforms such as C4C and SalesForce. Key Skills/Attributes & Experience: Degree in business or engineering. High energy level with strong leadership and presentation skills. Creativity and strong problem-solving abilities. Effective time management and ability to work in a matrix organization. Minimum of 4 years of industrial sales or sales management experience preferred.
