Key Responsibilities: - Account Management: Develop strategies for key customers in your designated area or market to achieve growth targets. Understand customers' business goals and industry trends. - Lead Assessment: Identify opportunities for additional services and solutions, working with internal teams to meet customer needs. - Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements with the support of our legal team. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including sales, marketing, project management, and engineering, to deliver excellent service to customers. - Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse account performance, revenue, and profitability. Implement strategies to meet or exceed targets. - Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns promptly to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction. Skills and Qualifications: - Relevant B2B sales experience, ideally within a related market. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets. - Strong negotiation and decision-making skills. - Good analytical skills and commercial awareness. - Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Self-motivated with good time management skills. - Proficient in MS Office. - Understanding of international business dynamics and cultural sensitivities (if applicable).
