We are currently seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join a leading automotive brand in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is open to Saudi Nationals who are either already based in Riyadh or are willing to relocate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with OEMs at the wholesale or regional office level, with proven exposure to importers and dealer partners. The Role Develop, propose and monitor achievement of sales targets Oversee importer sales performance and profitability in line with retail standards Identify market growth opportunities and support regional strategy Coordinate within the regional office to help importers reach wholesale, retail and customer satisfaction targets Serve as a brand custodian and ensure sales steering with the assigned key accounts and markets Align sales targets at regional and individual salesperson level Monitor monthly sales, qualitative performance metrics and take corrective action where needed Oversee marketing plan execution and ensure sales funnel effectiveness Analyse KPIs and support importers in performance improvements Conduct stock and documentation audits, ensuring compliance to standards Track competitor pricing, product offerings and suggest enhancements Ensure timely and accurate reporting from importers Explore untapped markets and guide dealer development Evaluate importer staffing, facilities and training needs Drive focus areas such as luxury vehicles, electric vehicles, fleet sales and used cars Represent the brand at major events and launches Compile weekly and monthly performance reports Conduct regular market visits to monitor performance and facility standards Ideal Candidate Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field This opportunity is only open to Saudi nationals 6 to 8 years' experience in automotive sales, ideally in vehicle sales or aftersales Strong commercial acumen and leadership qualities Experience working in a wholesale or regional office environment with exposure to importers and dealer networks Ability to lead and influence external partners without direct authority Assertive, motivational and results-driven with a strong sense of initiative Skilled in coaching, negotiation and navigating intercultural dynamics Professional presence with the capability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders across multinational organisations Application This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth of a globally recognised automotive brand while advancing your career within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
