Reporting into the Purchasing Manager, you will be assisting with the day-to-day management of the procurement department. Responsibilities * Assist the Purchasing Manager/Senior Buyer with the efficient running of the procurement department * Analyse historical inventory data to keep inventory at the optimum level, and minimise stock out situations * Liaise with suppliers to expedite orders and ensure lead times are met * Communicate lead times with key internal stakeholders, and any other important information * Contribute to continuous improvement efforts currently occurring in the business About You * Experience in a similar, administrative role * Career driven and looking to develop professionally at a market leading company * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Ability to work in a fast paced environment
