Joining Engineer • Halewood • £35 - £45 per hour • Contract Duration: 6 – 12 months. Our client is seeking Joining Engineer to join their dynamic team in Halewood. What you will be doing * Conducting periodic verification and management of welding gun, riveting gun, sealer doser, and application calibration values. * Managing electrode dressing configurations for optimal performance. * Implementing self-adaptive programs to enhance electrode/nozzle life and quality. * Certifying welding point quality using ultrasonic instruments. * Ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations. What you will bring to the team * Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving errors encountered during assembly processes. * Hands-on experience in conducting quality tests for welding points. * Ability to configure Ethernet networks between line welding PCs and welding timers. * Knowledge of various types of flow meters and their configurations. * Strong understanding of Resistance Spot Welding techniques. * Familiarity with robotic systems commonly utilized in automotive manufacturing, including COMAU, ABB, KUKA, FANUC, among others If you're interested in this job and have the relevant experience, we'd love to hear from you
