What You’ll Do Lead and deliver IT projects from discovery through deployment Translate business needs into clear technical requirements Run workshops, analyse workflows, and map out process improvements Build strong stakeholder relationships across departments Work with solution architects to develop business cases and plans Support testing, transition, and adoption of new systems Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory frameworks Recommend improvements to ways of working and team structuresWhat You’ll Need Strong knowledge of IT systems – ERP, CRM, analytics tools Experience managing projects with Agile, Jira, and similar tools Background in fast-paced engineering or motorsport environments Understanding of cost cap/excluded function regulations (advantageous) Clear communicator and confident decision-maker Able to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines Willing to travel if requiredContract Details Location: Silverstone (on-site 4 days a week) Type: Full-time contract Duration: Initial term to be discussed Ready to Hit the Ground Running?
