Inventory & Operations Planning Manager Luton Permanent - Hybrid working About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative Inventory & Operations Planning Manager. This is a unique opportunity to lead and transform our end-to-end materials processes, from demand planning to fulfilment. Key Responsibilities Inspire and motivate a team of specialists, providing clear direction and fostering a positive work environment. Oversee all aspects of materials planning, including demand, supply, operations planning, and inventory control. Drive digital solutions and innovation within the supply chain, particularly in demand forecasting and order fulfilment. Identify and proactively manage supply chain risks. Develop and track KPIs, assisting in the preparation and delivery of management reports and financial budgets. Ensure compliance with regulatory procedures and manage corrective and preventative actions. Analytical Skills: Confident with large data sets, possessing key analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
