As an Internal Technical Sales Executive, you will provide technical support and quotations to customers on hydraulic/electrical components and systems, offering excellent customer service and strong technical advice. Benefits: Bonus scheme Laptop and phone 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays Death in service Company Pension Responsibilities: Provide technical support to customer enquiries for hydraulic and electrical enquiries via email, phone and online Advice and specify on products Produce and manage customer quotations Follow up on sales leads Requirements: Strong hydraulic component and systems experience Knowledge of truck electrification would be also be advantageous Use of Excel and Sage would be advantageous Enthusiasm and ambition to provide sound technical advice and excellent customer service Strong communication skills, both written and orally Flexible approach of day-to-day requirements Ability to work on your own initiative and also involvement on team projects
