A reputable organisation in Middlesbrough is seeking an Interim Fleet Operations Manager to orchestrate their vehicle operations. This full-time position offers a Monday to Friday work schedule on days, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life. Fleet Operations Manager Specification As the driving force behind the fleet operations, the successful candidate will be entrusted with: * The oversight of vehicle maintenance, compliance with transport laws, and the efficient coordination of logistics. * The role demands a strategic thinker who can manage both the day-to-day and the long-term vision of the fleet's performance and productivity. * The ideal candidate will bring a robust background in fleet management, demonstrating a track record of success in overseeing a diverse range of vehicles and ensuring operational excellence. * A strong grasp of compliance regulations and an unwavering commitment to safety standards are paramount. * Exceptional leadership skills are essential, as the role involves guiding a dedicated team towards achieving organisational goals. * Analytical prowess and problem-solving capabilities will be invaluable in navigating the complexities of fleet operations. Fleet Operations Manager Hours: You will work Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm. Circa 40 hours per week. The Pay: The pay rate is circa £30 - £38 per hour dependent upon experience, qualifications and Pay type. This role is available PAYE, Umbrella or LTD.
