Installation Supervisor  Salary: £34,000 - £36,500  Location: Weymouth Monday - Friday - Days + Overtime We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Site Supervisor to join our team. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of our projects across the UK. This physically demanding role requires a high level of fitness and a commitment to on-site safety. Responsibilities: - Supervise all aspects of the solution/sales project, collaborating with the solutions/sales team. - Collaborating with the Installation Manager, providing regular updates on installation progress and addressing any potential issues. - Conduct on-site risk assessment and implement control measures to ensure a safe working environment. - Communicate the installation methodology to all site staff and customers at each stage of the project. - Installing and overseeing the day-to-day workload of Installation Operatives and sub-contractors. Qualifications & Experience: - Aptitude to work on construction sites and a strong understanding of on-site safety. - Ability to adapt and handle challenging situations with a positive approach. - Flexibility with working hours, and occasional work away from home. - Current Full UK driving license  Preferred: - NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Site Supervision. - SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification. - IOSH Managing Safety certification. - CSCS gold card holder.
