As an Innovation Technical Leader, you will be responsible for driving the technological roadmap for new aircraft electrical installation solutions and ensuring compliance with growth in maturity requirements. The client is recognised as a pioneer in the aerospace industry and established a UK subsidiary in 2019. The team is supporting large aerospace programs within their customer base and their expertise has a direct impact on the direction of the Electrical wiring systems aspect of innovative projects. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a small team, managing project progress, and guaranteeing technical results in support of the Program Manager. You will also contribute to patent filing objectives and participate in national and international conferences to promote the company's projects. You will have the opportunity to propose, design, prototype and test new technological solutions, guide and validate the technological choices on various R&T  projects within your EWIS field of expertise.
