We are looking for an HSE Supervisor for a 12-month contract based in Inchinnan on behalf of our globally respected client who develop cutting-edge technologies that deliver clean, safe, and competitive solutions to meet the planet's vital power needs. Job description - the role The HSE supervisor will be managing contractors on site; ensuring that compliance documents are completed; responsible for carrying out risk assessments and inductions; monitoring the contractors' compliance to work instructions; carrying out post work checks and ensuring contractors leave site safe and tidy. As a HSE Supervisor you will be responsible for: Reviewing and assuring contractor performance. Carrying out task categorisation assessments. Reporting any incidents. HS&E Management Systems. Contractor Control Processes. Risk Assessment and Method statement (RAMS) review. Permit to work writing and reviewing. Access control and Site Inductions. Statutory and Engineering inspection processes.What we require from the candidate: Risk assessment training. HSE and Occupational Health for employees. Embrace our Zero Harm philosophy.
