M-Tec Engineering is recruiting on behalf of global manufacturing organisation who requires a HSE Officer As the HSE Officer you will be responsible for implementing all Health, Safety & Environmental activities throughout the facility and making sure policies are consistently maintained. Further duties will include: *Continually assess the status of HSE within the plant (ISO 14001 and IS(phone number removed) * Develop, implement, and evaluate a health, safety, and environment roadmap/action plan for the facility *To ensure risk assessment and accident management systems are in place and to take part in these as appropriate *Monitor HSE performance, identify and establish corrective and preventive actions *Support the delivery of training events for HSE Basics, Work Place Data Sheet and Manual Handling etc *Manage all Health, Safety & Environmental requirements for the site *Conduct HSE inductions for new starters The ideal candidate will have the following experience and qualifications: *NEBOSH Certificate *IOSH Managing safely *Qualified auditor for ISO45001 or ISO(phone number removed) (or hold relevant experience of auditing to these standards) *Experienced working within a fast paced manufacturing environment within a HSE capacity.
