Opportunity Requirement for an ambitious individual wishing to pursue a career within H&S. This has created an opportunity for an individual seeking a career within Health and Safety  (perhaps an Engineering professional who has an interest in H&S, or an individual already working in this capacity), providing you the opportunity to be: Trained up as a H&S professional, developing and growing your career alongside the company. Mentored by the Head of HSE. Provided with education support/study support for future H&S qualifications. Given the backing of a company COO who has a HSE background. Putting your stamp on their journey of transforming and modernising current HSE practices. Making significant changes to safety behaviors across the site. Location: Milton Keynes Essential criteria:  Previous experience in engineering/rail/safety History of investing time in Health and Safety – qualifications such as NEBOSH Certificate or IOSH would be beneficial. Emotionally intelligent with good communication skills – able to build relationships with people on the ‘shop floor’.
