In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with the Managing Director, providing strategic HR leadership while delivering practical, hands-on support across our car/motorcycle dealerships in the South West. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and execute the full employee lifecycle, ensuring exceptional HR service delivery. * Provide expert advice on HR policies, employment law, and best practices. * Oversee recruitment processes to attract and onboard top talent. * Lead on disciplinary and grievance matters, partnering with managers to ensure fair and effective resolutions. * Regularly review and update HR policies to ensure compliance with legislation. * Build strong relationships across all levels, promoting a positive workplace culture. * Develop and deliver HR strategies that improve employee engagement, retention, and performance. * Travel across dealership sites to provide tailored support (company vehicle and business mileage provided).
