Due to growth within our Peterlee Team, we are seeking an experienced On Site Administrator to support our ability to deliver a first class, client and candidate experience. Covering all aspects of the employee life-cycle, this is busy and dynamic role where you will be required to support various administration duties associated to Recruitment, HR and Payroll. The Role You will be trained and developed to support a small team, assisting their ability to on-board and retain employees in employment, to the satisfaction of the client, through the delivery of an effective HR and Payroll service. Initially this is a 6 month fixed term contract with the possibility of leading to permanent employment thereafter. Duties include but are not limited to: Maintenance of Time and Attendance systems, including data entry and data collation Supporting the payroll preparation for a high volume workforce with varying shift patterns General administration of HR related systems, ensuring employee data is up to date and accurate at all times Assisting with HR related tasks supporting company processes, through general administration, such as note taking and letter writing. Supporting the delivery of recruitment projects, such as interview and induction scheduling. Compliance of legislative requirements such as right to work documents, reviews, training records and contractual correspondence Maintenance and integrity of sensitive data Undertaking generalist duties, dealing with all correspondence, the distribution of post and company communication What are we looking for A 'can do' attitude with enthusiasm for providing a people focused service Proven experience in a HR and or Payroll administration background An ability to apply attention to detail through process control Proven experience of working in a busy and people focused environment Ability to handle sensitive situations and information, with passion and consistency Great communication skills with an ability to form and maintain professional working relations at all levels across a company structure Someone who loves working with people and wants to make a positive difference Working Hours: 37.5 per week, worked flexibly between the hours of 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday Due to the high volume of candidates responding to our adverts we are not always able to provide feedback on your application.
