Main Responsibilities as a HR Accreditation Administrator * Process applications, issuing passes, maintaining records, providing customer service, and ensuring compliance with policies. Collaboration with the Accreditation Officer is integral to these tasks. Experience & Skills Required * Proficiency in various IT applications, including Microsoft Office and bespoke software, with training provided as needed. * Demonstrated strong administrative skills is a must. * Punctuality and organizational abilities. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for influencing others. * Exceptional customer service orientation. * Ability to maintain composure and focus under pressure. * Security or previous accreditation experience is a bonus but not a must!
