Hire Fleet Administrator Leyland Up To £30,000 (D.O.E) My client is a relatively new company who specialise in the manufacture of high-end refuse collection vehicles. In the short time they have been trading they have seen their business grow rapidly, largely due to the 20+ years’ expert experience of the senior management team. My client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Hire Fleet Administrator to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of their hire fleet, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Oversee the administration of the hire fleet, including compliance, scheduling, and maintenance of equipment. * Coordinate with clients to manage bookings, deliveries, and returns of hire equipment. * Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities, including rental agreements, inspections, and service histories. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to the hire fleet promptly and professionally. * Monitor and report on fleet utilization and performance metrics. * Assist in the development and implementation of processes to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. REQUIREMENTS: * Proven experience in fleet administration or a similar role within the hire industry. * Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands. * A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
