HIAB Controller Job Title: HIAB Controller Location: Bournemouth Hours: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday Money: £32,000 per year Position Overview: My client currently looking for an experienced HIAB Controller to oversee and manage the efficient operation of our HIAB fleet in Bournemouth. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods, maintaining compliance with regulations, and providing excellent service to our clients. Key Responsibilities: HIAB Fleet Management: Coordinate and schedule HIAB operations to meet customer requirements. Monitor and optimize the use of HIAB equipment for maximum efficiency. Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure the fleet's safety and compliance with regulations. Customer Service: Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a high level of service and customer satisfaction. Address customer inquiries and concerns related to HIAB operations.Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as a HIAB Controller or similar role in logistics. In-depth knowledge of HIAB operations and safety regulations. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with logistics software and systems.Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent.
