Proactive Personnel are currently looking for a Experienced Workshop Supervisor in the Coalville area. Workshop Supervisor Details: * £60,000 - £62,000 basic salary.. * MOT Bonus. * Ongoing and further training. Workshop Supervisor Duties: * Supervising and motivating our team of HGV Technicians during the night shift. * Conducting regular team huddles to discuss any concerns or issues. * Actively reviewing the daily workload to identify opportunities for enhancing performance. * Adhering to all current mandatory legislation. * Ensuring that all agreed goals, objectives, and expectations are met or surpassed. * Upholding high levels of satisfaction by implementing quality checks, resolving issues, and offering necessary information and advice. * Monitoring the timekeeping of technicians and managing authorized absences to maintain consistent attendance levels, while promptly reporting any concerns to the Workshop Manager. * Identifying any training needs for the team and reporting them to the Workshop Manager. * Cultivating relationships with vehicle manufacturers and providing technical information to technicians during repair operations. * Ensuring workshop efficiency is maintained and work is completed within allocated time frames. * Adhering to Health & Safety regulations and ensuring that the workshop and surrounding areas meet and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety. Workshop Supervisor Requirements: * Full UK Driving licence, Class 1 would be an advantage but not essential. * Workshop Supervisor experience. * Full Qualified HGV Technician / Mechanic / Fitter. * Experience with Hydraulics.
