Key Responsibilities: As a HGV Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for: Take charge as the HGV Workshop Manager, overseeing all aspects of workshop operations. Manage a team of technicians and mechanics, ensuring efficiency and quality in all repairs. Oversee the maintenance and repair of HGVs and municipal vehicles to meet high standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times. Implement and maintain an effective fleet maintenance schedule. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fleet availability meets operational demands. Maintain comprehensive records of repairs, inspections, and stock levels.  Your role as HGV Workshop Manager will be central to the smooth running of the municipal fleet. Requirements: To be well-suited to this role as a HGV Workshop Manager, you should have: Previous experience in a workshop management role, particularly with HGVs or municipal vehicles. Strong technical knowledge of HGV maintenance, repair processes, and diagnostics. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
