Commercial HGV Tyre Fitter Permanent contract from day1 Starting ASAP. Location: Coleshill, B42 Salary: £28,898 per year Working Hours: - Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:30 - Saturdays 8.00am-12.30pm (1 in 6 Saturdays, rota basis) Bonuses: -Company Sick Pay -Bonus scheme-depending on profitability and KPI's -Tyre discount -After 2 years you will be entitled to 1 extra day of Annual Leave for every year you stay in the company -On Call - Need flexibility for evenings Duties: - Install, repair and fit tyres on various types of truck vehicles - Perform tire rotations and wheel alignments - Inspect tyres for wear, damage, and proper inflation - Assist customers in selecting appropriate tyes for their vehicles - Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns - Use power tools and hand tools to complete tire installation and repair tasks - Maintain a clean and organized work area Requirements: - Mechanical knowledge and understanding of tire installation and repair processes - Strong customer service skills to interact with customers in a professional manner - Ability to use power tools and hand tools effectively and safely - Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) and prolonged periods of standing - Attention to detail to ensure accurate tire installation and alignment Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
