This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual to join the Automotive Maintenance Team as a fully skilled Heavy Goods Vehicle Maintenance Technician for this highly established global business who offer genuine career opportunities. Job Details: Pay: £18.00 to £20.00 per hour Location: Barking Employment Type: Full-time Hours: 2-week Rotation, Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 14:00 / 14:00 to 22:00 Benefits: 40-hour week with additional hours when required with £additional over-time rates of pay Market leading benefits package Ongoing Training & Development – Opportunity to obtain HGV Class 1 Licence all paid for ! The Role HGV Technician / Mechanic Working with an established team of Technicians your main duties will include: o Responsible for keeping clients Heavy Goods Vehicles compliant with regulations and well maintained for business use. o Full service and repairs a wide variety of vehicles. o The Efficient and timely diagnosis of standard faults and ensuring underlying problems are resolved. o Working to deadlines to ensure that work is completed on time. o Maintenance and repair of a diverse fleet of motor vehicles including motor cars, minibuses, light goods vehicles, Heavy Goods Vehicles, trailers. Skills & Experience The successful applicant will: Be qualified to level 3 or equivalent in vehicle repair. (provide proof of qualification) Have your own tools.
