HGV Parts Advisor needed Heathrow Our client, a privately owned Truck franchise dealer, is seeking for a HGV Parts Advisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the efficient operation of the parts department within a dealership and advising customers on the correct parts for HGV repairs and maintenance, sourcing and ordering parts, and managing stock levels to ensure timely service for vehicles. Role: HGV Parts Advisor Hours: 8.30- 6.00pm Mon -Fri & 1 in 3 Saturdays Location: Heathrow Responsibility: * Supply parts to customer * Supply parts to workshop * Unpacking of stock orders and keeping the warehouse tidy * Assist with delivery and collection of parts as required * Deal with customer needs face-to-face and over the phone with a professional and friendly approach * Making customers aware of our latest offers * Assist with other duties as and when required Requirements: * Local knowledge of area * Driving Licence essential * Knowledge of commercial vehicles/parts preferred. * Experience in a similar role preferred, or willingness to learn about the industry * Team Player * Experience with Parts Cataloging Software (such as Kerridge, Autobahm, or similar) Benefits: * Additional leave * Company pension * Cycle to work scheme * Employee discount * Free parking * On-site parking #partsadvisor #hgvpartsadvisor #commercialvehiclespartsadvisor #truckpartsadvisor
