Our client is a large family owned and run haulage and aggregate company that have been operating for over 50 years. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting scheduled maintenance, diagnosing/repairing faults/breakdowns of our client’s fleet of HGV’s, covering both site breakdowns repairs alongside being workshop based. The candidate should be able to identify and mitigate equipment breakdowns, ensuring all work tasks follow safety standards and keeping down time to a minimum. To qualify, you will have previous experience of working on HGV’s, troubleshooting skills to diagnose and solve problems, ability to work independently and as part of a team, possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, strong time management and organizational skills along with a full UK driving license
