HGV Aftersales Business development Manager   Job Title: HGV Aftersales Business development Manager   Salary- £45,000 + Car + Bonus  Location - Leicester (WFH)  Role Overview: National - Home-Based with Travel Embark on a rewarding journey as an Aftersales and Maintenance Network Representative, contributing significantly to the establishment of a robust and transparent network of aftermarket distributors and maintenance providers for Companies group products nationwide. Responsibilities for the HGV Aftersales Business development Manager Cultivate and sustain a reliable network of aftermarket distributors and maintenance providers. Support the network in competitively sourcing parts and maintaining high standards of service. Expand and enhance the complete OE product profile at each customer, emphasizing the strength of the OE brand. Drive the adoption of genuine spare parts and facilitate technician training initiatives. Serve as a liaison between the maintenance network and distributors, identifying new value stream opportunities. Promote and extend the coverage of approved trained technicians in the market. Qualify and acknowledge workshops meeting rigorous standards. Foster strong relationships with fleet operators, workshops, and parts distributors across all levels. Inform, advise, train, and support users on the comprehensive range of the company’s product offerings. Secure customer commitment in specifying products and services. Provide exceptional customer service, reflecting the high standards of the brand. Communicate customer perceptions and objectives within the company to influence strategic decisions. Monitor and report on market activities relevant to operations. Attend trade evenings and trade shows as a representative.Additional Responsibilities for the HGV Aftersales Business development Manager Develop a structured itinerary and visit plan for the approved distribution and maintenance network. Support workshops in achieving and maintaining required maintenance standards. Assist approved workshops in developing 3rd party local and national maintenance contracts. Establish and maintain databases of maintenance and distributor providers by key fleets. Adhere strictly to health and safety policies. Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing materials and events. Identify partnering opportunities for complementary third-party products that align with offerings.Candidate Profile for the HGV Aftersales Business development Manager Demonstrate the ability to build relationships at all levels. Possess a background in a customer-facing role within the commercial vehicle industry. Show experience with fleet operators, CV workshops, and parts distributors. Exhibit self-motivation with a passion for personal and business growth. Proficient in MS Office and IT-savvy.
