The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of employees, managing safety protocols, and overseeing facilities. This is an immediate requirement, and we are committed to filling the position promptly. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct risk assessments and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance workplace safety. * Foster a people-first attitude by promoting a positive and safe working environment. * Utilise experience in a manufacturing background to implement safety measures specific to the industry. * Demonstrate expertise in building a safety culture within the organisation. * Possess a strong understanding of environmental safety controls to ensure compliance with regulations. * Manage a small facility site efficiently, ensuring optimal functionality. Qualifications: * Nebosh qualification is desirable but not essential. * Proven experience in conducting risk assessments and introducing KPIs. * A people-first attitude, with the ability to promote a safety-conscious culture. * Background in manufacturing, demonstrating familiarity with industry-specific safety requirements. * Comprehensive understanding of environmental safety controls. * Prior experience in managing a small facility site.
