SGB Head of Order Process and Systems Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 plus excellent benefits package This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to be part of our premium brand.  As Head of Order Process and Systems, you will play a pivotal role in developing our order processes to create a seamless and efficient operation. You will be responsible for maintaining the sales portal and any related systems to ensure our network can enjoy a streamlined process for ordering vehicles. With your proven managerial experience, and a history of effective team leadership, you will encourage a collaborative and positive working environment where all colleagues are valued, trusted, and supported. You possess excellent interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to inspire and guide your team. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and manage orders within the sales pipeline. Ensure product structures are kept up to date and compliant for the retail network. Manage forecasting in partnership with the Sales and Presales Departments. Deliver forecasts based on analytical parameters such as history, actual order intake, quotations, prospects, targets, etc. Monitor vehicle stock at various points in the chassis logistics flow. Continuous development of the operational flow from order to delivery. Handle the delivery planning process.
