JOB TITLE: HEAD OF MOBILE VEHICLE REPAIRS [SMART] REPORTS TO: Managing Director (Finance and Operations) LOCATION: HYBRID [Home based] SALARY: UP TO £60,000.00 OTE + Company Car [or allowance] + Pension - Other c/o benefits Overview This leading repairer of minor damage to vehicles has seen phenomenal growth over the past 5 years, with a fleet of Mobile repair vans and a network of repairers, the business is positioned to grow three-fold over the next 5 years. To achieve this, they need an experienced Head of Mobile Repairs to join and work with the current senior management team. The Head of Mobile vehicle repairs [SMART] will have a strong background, not only have a technical background carrying out vehicle body repairs but also have a strong background in managing teams of technicians, situated throughout the U.K. covering vehicle same day repairs with various clients, i.e. Dealership Networks, Fleet, other Bodyshop’s / SMART repairers. As the Head of Mobile repair services, you will work alongside and report to the Operations Director and MD, be responsible for reviewing the business, work closely with the current and new vehicle repair / Bodyshop and SMART repair network, recommending a strategy for rapid profitable growth of the current UK technician team, recruitment, training, mobile repair process, stock, fleet, etc. Experience: * Strong Technical skills within vehicle repairs, both Bodyshop, SMART and Mobile. * Managing teams of Mobile SMART Vehicle Repair based throughout the U.K. * Develop current recruitment and training methods within the SMART repair technician team. * Develop and grow the current mobile repair team and repair partner network. * Review, assess and analyse the methods and process currently used within the mobile repair team, inc pricing and profitability. * Develop a clear vision and strategy for growth within the SMART repair team.
