Arden White Aerospace and Aviation Recruitment are currently with a well-known company in the aviation industry that is currently seeking to recruit the Head of Facilities - Shannon. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement Facilities strategy for two sites in Shannon. * Lead Facilities team, oversee performance, and drive continuous improvement. * Manage service contracts, negotiate renewals, and oversee specialist service providers. * Maintain PM schedules, manage building projects, and ensure regulatory compliance. * Control Facilities budget and implement cost-saving measures. * Lead energy management and oversee Company Vehicles. * Act as a leader in 5S, continuous improvement, and health and safety. * Available for emergency contact out of hours. Minimum Requirements: * 8+ years of management experience. * 10+ years in Facilities and Building Management with relevant qualifications. Additional Skills: * Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. * Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and attention to detail. * Flexible, adaptable, and able to perform well under pressure. * Excellent vendor and customer orientation, with a focus on continuous improvement. * Willingness to travel for business purposes and ability to generate new ideas for improvement.
