Your passion for success, coupled with your exceptional leadership skills, will be the driving force in achieving outstanding results. * Lead the growth and refinement of the Rental business, maximising profit per vehicle over its lifespan * Manage and support the sales & operations teams while fostering key partnerships within the motor industry and MaaS * Champion the delivery of the group's Giving Back Culture, collaborating with external partners to make an impact Preferred Requirements: * 5+ years of senior level experience in automotive rental and funding * Demonstrable success in scaling up mid to large businesses/divisions * Proven experience in buying, de-fleeting, and selling stock to maximise ROI * Track record of fostering motivational and encouraging leadership to drive team development * Extensive understanding of financial management responsibilities and exceptional customer experience delivery Preferred Qualifications: * Relevant degree or equivalent industry certification * Additional certifications in financial management or leadership development * Proven success in developing and maintaining external partnerships in B2B environments To be considered, you must have at least five years of experience in this role or similar, in automotive.
