This is a great opportunity to join a skilled production team and work on products used across various industries. These roles are 10-12 week temporary positions supplied via Matchtech Recruitment. Pay Rates PAYE (Accrued Holiday): £24.00 per hour PAYE (Advance Holiday): £27.00 per hour Umbrella: £32.42 per hour Hours That Work for You Working hours can be flexible around what works for you Mon - Friday/ Friday- Monday / 5x 8 hour day / 4 x 10 hour days - you name it we can ask The Role As a GRP Laminator, you will play a key part in producing high‑quality composite components. Responsibilities include: Hand‑lay GRP laminating Preparing, laminating and releasing production moulds Working from drawings and specifications Maintaining consistent craftsmanship and accuracy Collaborating with a skilled production team What We're Looking For GRP laminating or composite experience Strong understanding of Health & Safety practices High attention to detail Positive, proactive and reliable work approach Background in marine, automotive, aerospace, construction or similar is advantageous
