Our client, a large multi-franchise approved car dealer group in South Wales & South West England, is currently looking to hire an additional senior member of staff, as a Group Aftersales Performance Manager as a result of their continuous business expansion. Reporting to the Group Aftersales Manager & working closely with the Head of Brands, Head of Businesses, and Aftersales/Service Manager, you will be required to support and turn underperforming sites around into well performing and over achieving departments. Day to Day-to-day day duties of the of the Group Aftersales Performance Manager will include: * To work closely with Head of Business/Aftersales Managers to support and develop underperforming sites into flourishing sites. * To compile and communicate key reports to the service teams and the leadership team. * To evaluate statistical information contained in monthly management accounts and reports. * To provide cover for the Group Aftersales Manager when they are away from the business. * Directs team members in handling day-to-day problems and issues to enable them to operate efficiently and meet customers’ needs. * To attend any training courses as reasonably directed by your senior management. * To comply with Company administrative and accounting procedures and legislative requirements. The successful Group Aftersales Performance Manager applicant will ideally live within the South Wales & South West England region - this would ideally be one of the following postcode regions; NP, CF BS BA or GL. Ideally, you will come from a group-wide role in Management, or be currently working as a very high-performing Aftersales Manager and you are looking to progress into a Group role following your lengthy experience as a manager turning around various automotive dealerships. You will need to hold a UK driving license with minimal points, be a committed individual and be a good team player. You must be able to produce consistently high-quality work in a busy workshop environment and be motivated to work towards targets set for you and the team. What's in it for you?
