Our client seeks to appoint a Graduate Production Engineer. The appointed engineer must have completed an electronic and/or electrical focused engineering qualification and have at least some experience working in an electronics manufacturing facility. In this role you will use a range of lean and continuous improvement techniques, along with a lot of common sense, to make improvements in the production process. You must have a good understand of lean techniques with any formal lean training coming has a big bonus. Graduate Production Engineer - Role and Responsibilities - Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, Lean, Continuous Improvement, Electronic, Electrical - Identify and implement improvement projects to reduce cost whilst increasing output - Review and make improvements to standard processes and operating procedures.
