Graduates with an engineering degree in Manufacturing, Automotive, Industrial or Manufacturing Systems or similar will be given excellent training and development across all areas of the business as well as European travel to sister sites. The successful candidates will ideally have a year in industry or be able to demonstrate a passion for manufacturing and engineering. You will support to project teams in the development of World Class Manufacturing Systems and take an active part in hands-on Problem Solving through the use of Quality tools to include FMEA, SPC and control plans.
