The successful candidate will work alongside more experienced professionals developing products to the company’s high standards. Product Development Engineer – Key Responsibilities: * Lead and assist in field trials and the development of products to the company standards * Develop new products within the organisation * Ensure all customer specifications are met * Keep the Development Manager updated with any issues with products * Co-ordinate project meetings and maintain accurate documentation on the system * Compliance with Health and Safety Policies and Standards Person Specifications / Experience: * HND/Degree Qualification in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering * Experience of working in cross-functional teams * Good communication skills to liaise with customers and suppliers * Keen to hit deadlines and overcome barriers Company Benefits: * 24 days + Bank holidays * 5% matched pension * Death in Service
