Working with a major automotive OEM, Expleo now needs to expand its activities within the Body In White (BIW) sector. Expleo are looking for the right candidate with Geometrical dimension and tolerance (GD&T) experience to head up its new department and lead a team of GD&T Engineers in the development of an exciting new product. As the Project lead, you will be responsible for: Gathering tolerance analysis, Gathering and evaluation of Historical Non-Conformance data Assessment of compliance to the existing design standard and programme specifications Understanding the fit form and function requirements Experience with current manufacturing and assembly requirements. Structural implications, rate considerations, production of documentation suitable to be processed through change process and all supporting functional areas. Attending stake holder reviews and creation of verification reports Degree in Engineering or equivalent; or extensive relevant industry experience Good theoretical knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing in relation to the automotive industry
