This position requires a proven and stable track record operating at General Manager or Head of Business level within a franchised dealership environment. Package: * £60,000 Basic Salary * £93,000 On Target Earnings * OTE guaranteed for an initial period for the right candidate * Company Car * Strong Benefits Package General Managers within this group are currently earning well in excess of £100,000. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver profit and volume performance in line with agreed budgets * Drive KPI performance across all departments * Maintain full P&L accountability for the business * Lead, coach and develop department heads and wider management teams * Manage and maintain strong manufacturer relationships * Oversee cost control, debtor management and composite performance Candidate Requirements: * Minimum of three years’ experience operating at GM or Head of Business level * Previous experience within a franchised dealership is essential * Stable and progressive career history * Strong commercial awareness and operational leadership capability This is a high-impact leadership opportunity within a well-performing dealer group offering genuine six-figure earning potential and long-term career progression.
